Royal Malady is aware that fragrances have been used since ancient times, where zesty fruits, exotic spices and rare flowers have been combined to create complex and exclusive fragrances with depth.
Transforming scents from carefully selected natural ingredients into intoxicating perfumes with complex notes, our latest niche scents PREFECT and PURPORT combines the artisan skill of natural perfumery with the craftsmanship of an innate know thyself type of thing you can't explain, but the ratio isn't something that's hard when you're self-taught and you always thought of what you'd do when the day came if there was going to be a change & told it to the world. This Founder wants to reignite the ancient art of perfume making and has taken it & applied it to different formats. Updating the ancient soul of perfumery to modern sensibilities, the result is a series of high-quality niche perfumes that allow each ingredient to have its moment on the skin, in the air and in your mind.
The bottles we select may look like the others, but that's because we're small-batch at the moment and to go mass-market we'd have to find another supplier or compromise on cost. We take their cues from both midcentury modern, gothic architecture and Edwardian at that, and the clean lines and functionality of Scandinavian design. Not only beautiful to look at, the bottles we choose ensure the perfume within isn’t degraded.

Royal Malady is a cruelty-free brand. None of our products or raw ingredients are tested on animals (by us or a third party acting on our behalf) and we do not sell in any countries that require animal testing. We do however, test on ourselves, friends & family that we know are the best at what they do & take that into account. This has been our policy since day one and our commitment to you going forward.
